• Step 1 – Find and select the product you would like to buy.

• Step 3 – In your cart ensure everything is correct

• If you want to continue shopping for something else, select "CONTINUE SHOPPING" and repeat the process.
• If you would like to update something in your cart, change the relevant information, then select "UPDATE CART".
• Otherwise, if you are happy with what is inside your cart, select “CHECK OUT".

• Step 4 – You will be asked to login to a Vellie Boutique account, this is both for your and our safety.
• If you have an existing account, please login to that account with your email and password (please ensure that you have activated your account first).
• If you do not have an account, please create one, by selecting "Create account", enter your First Name, Last Name, Email and what you would like your Vellie Boutique password to be. Once you have selected "CREATE", go to your email inbox and look for the subject "Vellie Boutique account activation)" and select the link "Activate your account". Enter your Vellie Boutique password and also in the confirm password box.

• Step 5 – Select your delivery method. Ship or Pick up (if you would like to pick up your order from Vellie Boutique - Boksburg). Then, enter your relevant Shipping address details. Please make sure the delivery address is available between 8:00 and 17:00 during weekdays for the courier to deliver. Select "Continue to shipping".

• Step 6 – Ensure the email address and ship to address is correct, then select "Continue to payment".

• Step 7 – Enter a Gift Card or discount code, if relevant, in the box and press the arrow to apply it to your order. Thereafter, select your choice of secure payment method:

• PayFast – For Debit/Credit/Cheque Cards or Zapper; OR
• OZOW – For EFTs through your bank's secure platform

• Step 8 – Enter your billing address (if it is different compared to your shipping address), otherwise select "Same as shipping address". Then select "Complete order" and complete the payment using the relevant platform.

• Step 9 – Wait patiently (or with bated breath and excitement) for your order to arrive within 1-5 business days (within South Africa).

Ordering the correct size

Because the foot is three dimensional, any two dimensional measuring tool, such as a ruler can only approximate your true Vellie size. Please also keep in mind the manufacturers use different lasts to construct their shoes, and sizing could vary accordingly.

Make sure you are wearing the sox or stockings you will wear with your new Vellies. Measure your foot as per the demonstration and convert your measurement to your UK shoe size. If you have a high bridge, add 0.5cm to your measured size. If you have wide feet, add 0.5cm to your measured size.

Please minimize the risk of ordering the incorrect size by making sure of your size and fit. Always remember, whilst we can recommend a size but we can’t guarantee the fit.

 DIRECTIONS FOR MEASURING HATS:

Measure the circumference of your head above your ears with a soft measuring tape. The tape should be placed approximately 1 fingers width ABOVE the ears. 

This measurement (in centimeters) should be sent to us for correct sizing.

Local *standard shipping* with uAfrica is free on ALL Vellie Boutique orders over R1000, unless you have a wholesale (formerly reseller's) agreement with Vellie Boutique. Orders received before 10:00 will be sent out on the same day. Orders received after 10:00 will be sent out on the following business day. Deliveries within South Africa take 3-7 working days.

Domestic "Express Delivery" is the fastest form of shipping. The customer pays an extra shipping cost (R150) for this type of delivery, as the shipment will get transported to him anywhere between 2-5 working days. The order must be placed before 11:00 for the best results.

Vellie Boutique makes use of uAfrica to deliver to all main centers in South Africa. uAfrica is a  "to your door" courier service. If you stay in or near a main centre choose the uAfrica option at the check out phase.

Please ensure, that the address you make available to us will be able to accept the package between 08:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday, after you have ordered, you will receive tracking information of your order, once the order is fulfilled.

International Shipping

Vellie Boutique ship International orders with DHL Express. Shipping costs will be calculated during the check out phase. Returns and Exchanges are for the buyers account. Please minimize the risk of ordering the incorrect size by making sure of your size and fit.

That excited feeling of getting something new combined with the constant tracking, so you can be there (wide eyed) when the delivery guy arrives is something we are well aware off. Unfortunately there are times when the courier has delays which are out off our control, we cannot be held responsible for this but we will make every effort to get the issue sorted and have your parcel delivered in the soonest time possible.
