How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start

  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return

  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

  • Please do not return any products to the manufacturer.

  • If any repairs are made to a shoe, which is not endorsed by Vellie Boutique, we can unfortunately not exchange or refund the shoes whatsoever. Any foreign substances, including but not limited to glues, resins found during a manufacturer's inspection will result in the customer being liable for the costs of sending the shoes from them to the manufacturer and back.

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund, credit or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the items need to be;

  • In original, sellable condition
  • They must be unworn
  • In the original packaging and copy of your original order/ invoice
  • Returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for an exchange, refund or credit.
  • Please note: Free gifts, sale or promotional items are not refundable

Shipping

Once your return/exchange/credit request is received we will notify whether or not your request has been approved, and if it is not you will be given a reason.

If you are instructed to do so, please return your product, you should mail your product to C/o Rietfontein & Sixth Street, Boksburg North, Gauteng, 1461, South Africa.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over R100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few of days.
