Local Shipping

Local *standard shipping* with uAfrica or Pargo, is free on ALL Vellie Boutique orders over R300. Orders received before 09:00 will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 09:00 will be shipped the following business day. Deliveries within South Africa take 1-5 business days.

Vellie Boutique use uAfrica to deliver to all main centers in South Africa. uAfrica is a  "to your door" courier service. If you stay in or near a main centre choose the uAfrica option at the check out phase

Vellie Boutique use Pargo to deliver to outlying areas in South Africa. Pargo is a "counter to counter" courier service operated by Courier iT. The packages gets delivered to a "Pargo Pickup Point" closest to you. If you stay in a remote area of South Africa or on a farm, please select the Pargo option and the nearest Pargo Pickup Point

Vellie Boutique reserves the right to select an alternative shipping option based on area. We will however phone and discuss this with you first. If you have any questions about choosing the correct shipping option, please contact us at 011-917-1517 during office hours.

International Shipping

Vellie Boutique ship International orders with DHL Express. Shipping costs will be calculated during the check out phase. Returns and Exchanges are for the buyers account. Please minimize the risk of ordering the incorrect size by making sure of your size and fit. 

Import and Customs charges are for the buyers account

Returns, exchanges & refunds

Any Vellie Boutique product may be returned for credit, exchange or a refund within 30 days from date of purchase.
Return items must be,
  • In original, sellable condition
  • They must be unworn
  • In the original packaging and copy of your original order/ invoice.
  • Returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for an exchange, refund or credit.
Please note: Free gifts, sale or promotional items are not refundable

      That excited feeling of getting something new combined with the constant tracking, so you can be there (wide eyed) when the delivery guy arrives is something we are well aware off. Unfortunately there are times when the courier has delays which are out off our control, we cannot be held responsible for this but we will make every effort to get the issue sorted and have your parcel delivered in the soonest time possible. Vellie Boutique reserves the right to choose the most suitable delivery method for  *standard shipping*
